SERVICE PROVISION PROCEDURE

1. Research institutions and organizations of the NAS of Ukraine, other specialists who need to conduct research on the instruments of the Center "Fluorescence Spectroscopy" (hereinafter referred to as the Customers), twice a year (by January 15 and by June 15) submit in writing to the Scientific and Organizational Department of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine their applications for the number of hours, terms and types of research, the conduct of which requires the use of the instruments of the Center "Fluorescence Spectroscopy". Copies of the applications, which contain a description of the type, class of compounds and the number of samples to be analyzed, are also provided to the Center for the purpose of planning its work.

2. The Bureau of the Chemistry Department of the NAS of Ukraine, upon the proposal of the Director of the A.V. Bogatsky Physico-Chemical Institute, approves the general distribution among the Customers of the working time allocated for the collective use of scientific instruments of the Center "Fluorescence Spectroscopy".

3. The Head of the Center, by his order, agreed with the Scientific and Organizational Department of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine, determines the work schedule of the Center "Fluorescence Spectroscopy" and devices, establishes the required number of work shifts per working day, taking into account the operating mode of the scientific institution and the needs of specialists in using devices..

4. When planning working hours, the Fluorescence Spectroscopy Center proceeds from the following distribution: no more than two working days per week for Customers.

5. When planning the use of scientific instruments, the head of the Center may apply other ratios of the use of working time for personal needs and paid services, however, the time for free collective use of scientific instruments of the Center "Fluorescence Spectroscopy" remains unchanged, i.e. no more than two working days per week.

6. The Head of the Center provides the necessary personnel for servicing the devices from among the employees of the scientific departments of the Institute.

7. The use of operating time of devices is recorded in logs of the established form.

8. The Institute shall cover all expenses related to the use of the Center's scientific equipment. Paid services for the needs of other customers shall be provided in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
